Basic Troubleshooting
1) Restart Stacks
If you experience issues opening an unopened Stack, close Stacks, verify you have internet connectivity and try again.
2) Restart your Device
A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch.
3) Redownload and Reinstall the Application.
If restarting doesn’t help, try deleting Stacks installing it again. Note that any Stacks you have added will need to be added again after reinstalling the app.

Does Stacks support non-Roman alphabet characters?
Yes! Stacks supports Greek, Chineese, Japanese, Russian, etc... For example, memorize the Greek alphabet with this Stack: CMHRNTU
Does Stacks employ any memorization algorithms for presenting flashcards?
With the mantra of "Keep it simple.", Stacks enables you to traverse your flashcards forwards and backwards. Stacks also includes the ability to shuffle the card order by shaking the device. If you are studying a large amount of information, consider creating multiple Stacks with about 50 cards each.
